About Amy

Quackenbush Piano Studio began with a digital piano in the playroom/office in 2010.  It has now grown to a full-fledged studio with digital piano, grand piano, waiting room, and lots of space to learn about music.  Amy teaches ages 5 to adult.

Amy graduated in 2009 from Bryan College with two degrees: Bachelor of Science in Piano Pedagogy and Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. She has taught piano since she was a teenager. After graduating college, Amy ran a small studio on the side while she taught middle and high school English for six years. She resides in Woodstock, GA, with her husband, children, and a faithful cat.

Amy enjoys fostering a love of music in her studio, using a variety of teaching styles, methods, and musical genres to do so.
